Our Commercial Sanding Process

We start by cleaning and inspecting your floor. We then use a large belt sander to level and smooth the surface. We use progressively finer grits and fill in any cracks or holes with a solvent-based filler. We use specialist sanding machinery to get into corners and around radiator pipes.

We finish with a Festool orbital sander to blend in any marks and smooth out any areas of coarseness. We can stain the floor at this stage or apply thin coats of oil using a buffing machine.
